THE PROJECT

Kat & Jan bought an old home in Ora, located in the southern part of South Tyrol. 40 rooms and a €40 budget. Well, maybe a tad more, to be fair. The things we do for love!

Friends wanting to spend some good time together can do so here. The building wasn’t demolished and then rebuilt, a standard practice in the region. It was renovated and turned into a temple of classic Italian vibes, a hymn to design with zany colours for cool people with plenty of energy and joie de vivre. A haven for all tourists who dare go to the far, southern reaches of the region. And who love draught beer!

Kat & Jan want you to relax, have fun, spend time with your loved ones. Outliers in the entire South Tyrolean hotel landscape, always willing to break the rules a bit without anyone getting hurt. An ideal place for a holiday with families, friends, or even to celebrate your mother’s 50th birthday. With plenty of good wine and pasta, just what the (Italian) doctor ordered.
