Welcome to beautiful Val Gardena, in “the heart oft he Dolomites”*, where there are more hotels than inhabitants. One of these is the LINDER (a hotel, not a person – just to be clear), a stylish cycling hotel boasting a cheeky steak restaurant, giving the local canederli and goulash a run for their money (although they’ll never admit it, even the locals love a good steak!)

* quote found in 99% of all South Tyrolean hotel website landing pages. So common that it’s gone full circle and become a cool statement. Nearly. All it needs is a David Attenborough voiceover and we’re good to go.
