Our friend, neighbour, and partner in crime Martin and his charming Nathi called us for help: what do we do with the old guesthouse our uncle left us? Do we renovate it and, if we do, how should we do it? If we’re too crazy, that will upset the locals – and can we use people in our pictures who actually look like real people?

WHAT HAPPENED

It was warm in the courtyard and the neighbours were parched. So we started drinking and soon became tipsy – that’s how we came up with the idea of reviving the B&B. A mix of ancient pearls of wisdom from the world of farming and burly farmers as models. Viral content? Aunty Lore, who knew it you had it in you. THE REAL SOUTH TYROLEAN EXPERIENCE

Ah, South Tyrol. The land of free spirits, picture-perfect views, pristine fairy-tale scenes. Well, living on a farm is quite different – and the Hosler is the place to be to find out. Guests who book a stay say they were as happy as pigs rolling in mud. Or wait, was that the actual pigs? Oh well, who cares – the pigs were happy, they were happy, and Aunty Lore was happy everyone kept on eating her freshly baked goods. It’s a win-win-win situation for everyone.
